[Update] Opera v9.23

Alright then... since you may have noticed that the previous post concerning Opera is a little out of date... I might as well post up the latest version of Opera web browser to save you the hassle, time and effort of upgrading as soon as you install...



This is the same as v9.22 except that it has some small fixes and updates... if you want more, go to the Opera web site.
